A 8 de novembro os norte-americanos vão a votos nas eleições intercalares para eleger a Câmara dos Representantes, um terço do Senado, e 36 cargos de governador. O resultado destas eleições influenciará não apenas os próximos dois anos da administração Biden, mas também as relações transatlânticas e o apoio à Ucrânia. Por outro lado, muitos analistas creem que, neste escrutínio, está também em jogo um regresso de Trump e o futuro da democracia americana.
