África: o regresso dos Golpes de Estado?

Nos últimos 18 meses houve 7 golpes de Estado ou tentativas em vários países africanos. Na sequência da última tentativa de golpe na Guiné-Bissau, a CEDEAO reuniu para discutir os acontecimentos, classificando-os como ameaça para toda a região e temendo um movimento de contágio.
