Luis Renato Rua

PhD Candidate in Global Studies at FCSH/NOVA, with FCT scholarship. Master in International Economics and Management at University of Oporto (FEP/UP). MBA in Agribusiness at ESALQ/USP (Brazil). Degree in International Relations and also in Economics, both at FACAMP (Brazil).

Luís Tomé

Integrated Researcher at IPRI-NOVA, he is Full Professor at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, where he is Director of the Department of International Relations and of its research unit OBSERVARE-Observatory of Foreign Affairs.

Madalena Meyer Resende

Assistant Professor with Habilitation at the Department of Political Studies, NOVA University of Lisbon, and IPRI-NOVA researcher. President of the Portuguese Political Science Association, holds a PhD in Political Science from the London School Economics & Political Science (2005).

Madalena Potes

Holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law from the Portuguese Catholic University, where she also completed the Advanced Program in Diplomacy. Postgraduated in Social Economy and Social Investment Law as well as Public Procurement from the University of Lisbon. Currently, pursuing a Ph.D. in International Relations at the Nova University of Lisbon.

Mafalda Escada

Bachelor degree in Political Science and International Relations. Currently studying for a Master's Degree in Sociology, Public Policy and Social Inequality at NOVA FCSH.

Manuela Franco

Diplomat, former Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (2003-2004), and Director of the Diplomatic Institute (2012-2015).

Marco Lisi

Assistant professor in the department of Political Studies, NOVA University of Lisbon and researcher at IPRI-NOVA. His research interests focus on political parties, electoral behaviour, democratic theory, political representation and election campaigns.
