PhD student in International Relations at NOVA FCSH, where he is preparing a thesis on “EU-Russia relations in Horizon 2035: a prospective analysis”, under the supervision of Maria Teresa Ferreira Rodrigues. His research interests include Post-Soviet space, Russia, EU foreign policy, Enlargement.

Pedro Emanuel Mendes

Integrated researcher at IPRI-NOVA. Assistant Professor at the Lusíada University and invited Professor at Porto Executive Academy. His research interests include Portuguese Foreign Policy, International Relations Theory, Foreign Policy Analysis, Political Theory and Elites.

Pedro Nuno de Oliveira

Associate Researcher at IPRI-NOVA, holds a Ph.D. in Political Science - specializing in Institutions and Political Processes, from NOVA FCSH. His research has focused on the institutional transformation processes from a welfare state of protection in the industrial era to a post-industrial activation regime, with the independent living paradigm as a reference.

Pedro Ponte e Sousa

PhD candidate in Global Studies at NOVA FCSH, where he is preparing a thesis on “Globalization and foreign policy: the cases of Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece”, under the supervision of Nuno Severiano Teixeira. His research interests include Foreign and Security Policy, Diplomacy.

Pedro Silveira

Graduated in Law and in Political Science and International Relations. PhD in Political Science (FCT Doctoral Grant) from FCSH/NOVA, Assistant Professor at UBI (Universidade da Beira Interior) and Researcher at IPRI-NOVA.

Pedro Tavares de Almeida

Member of the board of directors and integrated researcher at IPRI-NOVA. Full Professor of Political Science at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, NOVA University of Lisbon. His research interests include mainly on elite recruitment and attitudes, electoral systems and behaviour, and state-building.

Raphael Ricardo

PhD candidate in Globalization Studies from NOVA FCSH. Bachelor's (2009) and master's (2014) degree in History from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho). Has experience in History, focusing on History of Brazil Colony (XVII century).
