PhD candidate in Political Science from the NOVA University of Lisbon, a Master's degree in Political Communication from the University of Porto and worked on Rui Moreira's election campaign in the 2021 municipal elections. He has extensive experience in comparative studies, having carried out an academic exchange (Erasmus) in which he analyzed the journalistic behavior of the Portuguese (LUSA) and Italian (ANSA) news agencies, in partnership with the Università La Sapienza, in Rome. Currently, his research focuses on the intersection between religion and politics, investigating the influence of evangelical movements on the new populist right in the United States and Brazil. In Brazil, in partnership with the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
