PhD student in International Relations at NOVA FCSH, specialising in Political Area Studies. Masters in Political Science and International Relations (CPRI) at NOVA FCSH. Postgraduate degree in Globalisation, Diplomacy and Security, coordinated by NOVA FCSH and the Military University Institute. Finished the Master's thesis on «EU-Russia relations towards 2035: a foresight analysis», whose adaptation received the Jacques Delors Award in 2022. Worked as a policy officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, at present at the Ministry of Economy, in the areas of development and EU trade policy.
