PhD candidate in International Relations at NOVA FCSH, specializing in security and strategy studies, with a focus on cyber defense. National Defense Auditor and holds certifications from the Swedish Defence University (SDU), including the Strategic Leadership in the Global Societal Security Programme, and the Program on Cyber Security Studies from the George C. Marshall Center (GCMC) in Germany. Researcher at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations (IPRI) and the Research and Development Center of the Military University Institute (CIDIUM).
