PhD candidate in Political Science at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations of the NOVA University of Lisbon. Researcher in the research project HOME - How Members of Parliament in Africa Represent Their Constituencies [PTDC/CPO-CPO/4796/2020] at the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ICS-UL). For his PhD thesis, he is studying the evolution of strategies for the training of colonial administrators in French and Portuguese late colonial empires and how scientific institutions and modernization discourses were instrumental to these strategies.
