PhD student in Global Studies (New University of Lisbon), with a fellowship from Science and Technology Foundation (FCT), and is starting a research about social movements and the new forms of mobilization and participation. She graduated in Journalism at the Superior School of Journalism of Oporto (1998), and in Modern and Contemporary History at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon (2006), and concluded in 2010 a Master in Modern and Contemporary History. Journalist at Público daily newspaper from 1999 until 2013, she published articles mainly about information and communication technologies and, since 2007, about international politics.
