PhD Candidate in International Relations, specializing in International Relations History and Theory, in the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the New University of Lisbon (FCSH-UNL), having had a scholarship by the Foundation for Science and Technology between 2013 and 2015, and he is a researcher at the Portuguese Institute for International Relations of the New University of Lisbon (IPRI-UNL). He has a BA in Political Science and International Relations and a Masters in Political Science and International Relations, specializing in Area Political Studies at the same university. Since December 14th, 2015, he is a junior diplomat at the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
