Integrated researcher and member of the Board of the Portuguese Institute of International Relations (IPRI-NOVA), Carlos Gaspar is Invited Full Professor atUniversidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL) - Department of International Relations. With a master in Political Science and International Relations by the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, he has a PhD in International Relations, from Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. Advisor to the Board of Fundação Oriente, advisor to the Instituto de Defesa Nacional, and member of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) and the Portuguese Association of Political Science (APSA).
