Carmen Fonseca

Executive Director and integrated researcher of IPRI-NOVA. Assistant Professor (with Habilitation) in the Department of Political Studies at NOVA FCSH. From 2008 to 2024, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Relações Internacionais journal. Her research interests include Brazilian foreign policy, EU-Brazil and Portugal-Brazil relations, and Foreign Policy Analysis.
