Abstract: Twenty years after the 2004-2007 accesssion, the ENLARGE project reviews the EU’s enlargement policy, addressing challenges such as enlargement fatigue, geopolitical shifts and Euroscepticism. The project will deliver research, conferences, summer schools, surveys and civil society engagement through online events and policy papers. By integrating historical, political and socio-economic insights, ENLARGE will support the development of evidence-based policies that promote peace, democracy and inclusive dialogue, thereby contributing to the EU’s continued integration and global influence.
