Debate Series: U.S. Elections and the New American Foreign Policy

As the U.S. elections approach, IPRI-NOVA continues its Debate Series to examine the global impact of the new American foreign policy.

The first debate took place at the IPRI-NOVA Summer Course 2024 in Óbidos. The second debate will focus on "U.S. Foreign Policy, China, and the Indo-Pacific", discussing the U.S.’ relative decline, China’s advancements, and the implications for current international conflicts. The panel will feature Carlos Gaspar (IPRI-NOVA) and Luís Tomé (UAL and IPRI-NOVA) as speakers, moderated by Cátia Bruno (Observador).
