Friday, April 14 | 12:30 - 1:30 pm
Room 311, Colégio Almada Negreiros, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa Campolide campus
Presentation: Bruno Santos Fonseca, PhD candidate, IPRI-NOVA

As a result of the Brexit referendum, the United Kingdom triggered, on March 29, 2017, Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon, which provides for the withdrawal of a Member State from the European Union. Bruno Fonseca's research project for obtaining a PhD in International Relations from NOVA FCSH examines the relationship between the results and internal effects that the negotiating process acquired in British political action, studying the pertinence that the results had at a bureaucratic level in the Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
