On behalf of the Portuguese Institute of International Relations (IPRI-NOVA) and Trans European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA), we would like to cordially invite you to the TEPSA Portuguese Pre-Presidency Conference Virtual Edition, 26 and 27 November 2020.

The two-day digital conference will bring together delegates of the TEPSA institutions, political decision-makers, researchers from the EU Member States, and the broader public in order to discuss the agenda and challenges of the upcoming Portuguese Presidency. The Pre-Presidency Conference will address the response of the EU to the Covid-19 crisis, the Green and Digital agenda, the geopolitics of Europe and many other topics. Moreover, young Europeans from the Trio Council Presidency countries (Germany, Portugal, Slovenia) will present ideas that they have developed as part of our #EngagEUrCouncil project. Finally, TEPSA recommendations will traditionally guide our discussions.

The conference language is English. All panels and roundtables will take place using the video conferencing platform Zoom.
